Iker Lozano, the Pinoso-born rider who currently leads the national standings of the Spanish Minimotard 190cc Rookies Championship, faces the penultimate race of the season this coming weekend, which will be held in the town of Campillos in the province of Malaga.

As with the Fortuna circuit, the race will be held at night and will take place on the evening of Saturday, September 7, with a total of 80 drivers in the different categories.

Currently, with two races remaining, the driver from Pinoso has 111 points, compared to 77 for the second-placed driver and 76 for the third.
