Therefore, our efforts from the Department of Health are aimed at guaranteeing healthcare for all citizens of Pinoso whenever they need it, as well as fostering actions aimed at preventing diseases and promoting a healthy lifestyle. The Pinoso City Council is committed to protecting the health of the citizens of Pinoso by optimizing services that allow for improved healthcare and by promoting individual and collective responsibility and participation in their own health. Since municipalities have very few powers in matters of Health, the main task of the department is health promotion based on the prevention of risky attitudes and behaviors, for which different training and citizen awareness actions, or campaigns to promote healthy habits, are carried out.
